Hills & Walkout basements
Who misses houses you could build on hills and be able to build walkout basements? You could really manipulate the ground too and create an interesting as well as beautiful yard.

Was never good at building these but I loved walk out bunkers for my crazy sims. He'd be a rogue alien hunter and live on the hill (Cul De Sac) and snoop on locals, at night he'd sneak out of his basement and go hunting before stopping off at the graveyard to visit his departed mother. It's such a small feature but I miss things like this, not just for builds but for stories too
