Hint at funerals in new bathroom clutter kit?

I would love it if elders actually can loose a tooth, but I'd also like a way for them to avoid it (minimum brushin teeth during life) or of course they can fix it at the Dentist. I just don't want my queen and dukes to walk about lacking teeth, while my poor households probably can't afford visiting the Dentist. I want the diversity. I hope younger sims will not need to constantly visit the Dentist though, because I'd much prefer them to spend their life on other matters. Maybe if born with one of the not superstar-perfect teeth, you could have your teeth fixed. I actually like kids to inherit their parent's gap or messy teeth, so I might not use such a feature very often.
