This is my first time playing Harvestfest in an apartment in San Myshuno and much to my dismay I have not seen the Holiday Gnomes. Do they show up in apartments? My sim lives in the Lobo apt in Upt...

Weird. I've always had the number of spawned gnomes correlate with the number of sims (except toddlers) whether that be 2, 5 or 8... It stopped being that way for me this year some time. Even weirder when @annalee87 seems to have 3 like you. Even though @SimplyJen might have gotten more than 3. Strange.
Maybe my game was bugged until now xD
Shame to have to go to build/ buy mode to get more though since it takes away from the game, I don't mind spending the simoleons but I'd rather no gnomes spawn than not enough. Maybe I should just remove the tradition then.
