Holiday scenario completed prematurely

I've been play testing this on a friend's computer as she found the scenario completed itself when she sent her Sim to work. I suggested it could be a glitch caused by active careers, but I started a new scenario of my own and when I visited a community lot the scenario automatically completed itself.

I already have my opinions about the scenarios being time-limited, but to give us time-limited scenarios that are too bugged to even play... Smh. ??‍♂
