Holidays Official Gameplay Trailer

I'm curious as to whether Sims autonomously perform traditional activities or not. If your holiday is set across your save game and you visit a public lot to undertake a tradition - say, doing BBQ in summer at a park - will other Sims visiting the park be celebrating by performing those activities? What about guests to your active household/lot?

Also, Sims team, please stop adding FX to so many interactions! I would rather my skating sims not sparkle as they twirl, no matter how much they're feeling their fantasy while they do so...
