- TrashmagicNew SpectatorThis is so exciting, the calendar looks great and I'm so excited for harvest day and bee keeping. Has trick or treating been confirmed? I know we had it as an event before (or something similar) but I'm hoping it makes a permanent return for spooky day.

Shrimp cocktail is already in game.
That depends on whether you got the Digital Deluxe version of the BG or upgrade, I believe. The Shrimp Cocktail is part of the “Up All Night” pack. "LadyKyn;c-16519672" wrote:

I am ready to give my money away freely for this pack with reckless abandon.
This feature is a lot more involved than I previously thought. I see the toggle to make it where you can have a work/school day off. That'd be useful in making a summer break of sorts for kids to be from school.
Unsure if the scarecrow is alive or if it's a full costume for sims. Either way, it's terrifying. :cold_sweat: Though I'd like for the scarecrow to be a NPC as well for a spooky holiday. Definitely seeing some decorations to make for a spooky day even if you don't have the stuff pack. Nice~ Lovin the fact that sims can rifle through a box of decorations looking through it (probably to see what you want to decorate the tree with?). Also looks optional if you want your sim to decorate their home along with neighbors. Aye more customization is welcomed.
Just looking at the calendar I see a cake (make birthdays?), Wedding cake (planning a wedding ahead or wedding reception?), the little movie thing (a movie night?). I just need all of this.
Those toddlers in that inflatable kiddie pool is giving me life.
I think they've said in the past that you can bring the scarecrow to life by befriending it. What's gamechanging for me is that we can now plan parties in advance -- we're not stuck with the "instaparty" system. Love the variety of activities; with Watch Movies you could have an Oscar Party. Wonder if we can set dress code, like formal for the Oscar Party and swimsuits for a BBQ/pool party.- This looks like the thermostat, guess its warm in the house

I love the part with the honey and the bees lmao.
And the woohoo in leaves, yes!
Creating holiday's is amazing!
I liked that the kids could play with the leaves as well :-)- Looks better than I thought it would! Did anyone see if couples could skate together like they did in Sims 2 and 3? I didn’t see it so I imagine if it wasn’t shown in the trailer it’s not there. Would be a bummer if it wasn’t
- I just realized that every event is set by day in the trailer, there aren't any events that last for several days, so I guess... Here goes my dream of having guests over for several days. :(

That'd be interesting if you can.
Yeah, very nice if you don't want to have a party right then and now. Think the feature is great and it's not really limited to making holidays, since you can get creative in making a sim have a fake birthday party of sorts without having to age up less you want them to. Hope you can set the dress code as well with this. I wonder if more things are added to this calendar if you have different packs too. That's be awesome. - BlueSeaWavesSeasoned Ace

Tbh sounds fun having guest over days but in the long run it’ll get annoying real quick. - HermitgirlNew SpectatorI've watched it so many times now.. grinning like a fool. I do like that you can chose traits like cold acclimation for 500 points ... if you don't want your sim to be ice proof for 2000 points. I do like some sims to be more comfortable and some to be god like lol. Glad it's not all or nothing when it comes to that. Really looking forward to all of this.
