Home world for Batuu save

@Atreya33 Upper Strangerville sounds good, it has a nice secluded feel that would fit the Governor and his staff. Come to think of it, the game will spawn military personnel that I just have to switch into stormtrooper outfits, that's a plus, too.
So now I only need a neighborhood for the merchants. I'm not 100% sold on Henford for them.
@Lenny_Ogg Do you mean Blowtorch? No, I haven't tried that one. I do have TOOL, though, it can move objects from the home lot to the neighborhood. I think stuff removed with TOOL re-appears after a while (not 100% sure, but a heap of fish I removed for a photoshoot definitely came back).
