Oh, a dappled gray pinto.
Since you can customize horses, I'm sure it'll be possible.
Foxtrotters are gaited. Like Saddlebreds and Standardbreds and Tennessee Walkers and Rocky Mountain Horses and Icelandics are. They don't just walk/trot/canter but also pace or rack (Icelandics have what's called a tolt) where they walk really really smooth and fast so it's almost like trotting, but you don't have to post the trot or get bounced all over if you sit the trot.
I rode a Rocky stallion once, and his gait was smooth as silk. Almost like we were standing still, but he was booking it down the road.
