It reads to me like a third-party description - a seller describing positively what the pack offers, rather than the official description. The last paragraph especially doesn’t seem like a normal pack description to me. And it also seems to match the horse content of TS3 Pets - you can do all of this in that pack (plus loads of stuff with other animals besides), and forested areas makes a bit more sense there. It doesn’t sound like the desert world that’s been hinted at, and there’s no mention of the other animals that have been hinted at either. So I think it’s just someone’s best guess, based on what they know of TS3, but not really knowing anything for sure.
