Hospital Track: Why are all my colleagues lazy pieces of ----!?

Halfway through 2019 and this is still an issue.
I'm doing the Dr's career for the first time I'm R.N. Right now. The other dr just does analysis over and over again until she breaks the machine and all the orderly does in clean and tidy up. Meanwhile I have a bunch of empty beds and a massively long line of sick people who aren't being admitted. This is most frustrating as I have a so many children coming in and I feel so bad that I can't treat them all even when I extend my own hours. I can only treat three at most in a day.
I've found the diagnostic part pretty simple. the symptoms are the same for each illness so they're pretty simple to diagnose if you watch the sick sim.
