Winter has a couple of cute interactions, but nothing impressive like snowboarding or water skiing, as previous games in the series had. There aren't many new summer activities, period. Ocean swimming, in particular, is inexplicably absent.
The really intriguing stuff will probably come in future GPs, or be spread out over several different packs.
That's a good hunch. I even started thinking that maybe they'll be adding temperatures (not full on weather) to some world. It makes sense for Oasis Springs and Selvadorada to force sims to use hot weather attire since they should be very hot and yeah we don't know what new GPs they have in mind so a GP for a snow or topic resort it only makes sense to force sims into appropiate attire as it would be weird for your sims to be fine on a snowy mountain in nothing but a tank and shorts.
