"Hot weather" outfits should be more connected to actual articles of clothing

I'll get the notice my sim is "over heating" even if they are literally in their underwear, so long s that underwear is categorized as their "sleep wear" and their "hot weather" outfit. And my teen ha...

There are a lot of outfits that work for hot/cold weather not tagged as such, so I typically remove the tags when setting those outfits. I was thinking of making an Erratic Sim who wears warm weather clothing in winter and cold weather clothing in summer just for fun.
