I had one fire started by the cheap grill in the backyard that lasted for .. around 6-8 hours it kept going from one flammable thing to another while Grimmy waited in the house for his prize. The sim had died fairly early on but he waited till he was safe I guess... This was awhile ago though maybe 2 years?
There was a door (it was like a garage room) and yes, the fire jumped from one room to another......every single room before it finally put itself out. Grim never appeared because I had to hurriedly fix their needs before it got to that point (it was close though). I am not sure, but this house must be a fire hazard for sure, maybe I should remove it from the Gallery. I haven't rotated back to that family yet to remove the washer/dryer or fireplace. I just had them clean the floors and I replaced the stereo. I am not ready to venture back to that family yet :D Can't help but laugh about your Grimmy waiting for his prize, too funny!
