House still acting as if haunted glitch?

I would delete your localthumbnail cache and try again. Anytime you make changes in your settings, add/remove mods or CC you should always do that because the data can be stored there for that particular game save. By deleting the game generates a new one which should be the most current.

I have recently done this. Was going to play a lot as "haunted", but changed my mind. I'll if it stays semi-haunted.
