How about an EP for toddlers/teens/children? What should be included?

I think teens and kids are in desperate need on some improvements. Every time I play 4(granted its not that often bc I always go back to 3) I always end up just maxing their skills bc I now that they get advantages as an adult. It is literaly only to get better adults and I never play with kids/teens bc I want to play their whole live. Only so they have the advantages and thats so sad! In 3 I love playing with teens and having them do pranks and get arrested by the police bc they are out too late.
