How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

I mean you really have to go out of your way to stand in front of her if you happen to see her (I rarely do) and purposely do something romantic. She doesn't stalk you or track you down. I've never even had an encounter with her. I actually wish she was more aggressive with it that would be fun and challenging ?
But everything in this game is toned down to the max. I wouldn't worry about it.
