How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

I was actually very happy to see her back in Sims! The first time my sims were attacked by Agnes was downtown in Sims 2. I was totally taken by surprise and my sims tried their best to avoid her. I think they did a great job putting her into Sims 4. Love her grumpy look on her face! I enjoy watching her reaction when others flirt in front of her. She is very old-fashioned and doesn't appreciate public displays of affection.
