How annoying is Agnes Crumplebottom? - Trying to decide if I will buy Cottage Living or not

I hardly see Agnes in my game. But she did show up in Tartosa at the lounge and clocked my Sim across the head with her purse:

It's so rare to see her or for her to do that....so it actually brought me so much joy to see this happen, as it brought back that Sims 2 nostalgia. But it's definitely not something she does in my game often.
