whenever i get an elder to exercise, they get the moodlet saying they'll die if they do anymore physical activity. which is fine and all. but how is it possible for them to die from this when the 40 +...

I felt horrible when this happened - my two Sims were just so in love with each other. They had a 'bad' woohoo experience, and I thought I'd rectify it by having them try again, only to have one of them die. (And then, her spouse sat on the bed and had a bit of a gossip with the Grim Reaper. Since he was now an acquaintance, I had her chat with him on the computer to get the 'make friends with death' achievement.)
