how can an elder die from overexertion?
whenever i get an elder to exercise, they get the moodlet saying they'll die if they do anymore physical activity. which is fine and all. but how is it possible for them to die from this when the 40 + uncomfortable renders them incapable of doing more exercise? like, how can they die from that? is there a possibility they will die purely from having that moodlet?
