Was just double checking how LittleMsSam's mod worked, which was lucky as I was wrong about how it works. You need a gravestone on the lot. Click on the gravestone and it will give you the option of either releasing all ghosts or getting an urn for a specific one. The ghost doesn't need to be on the lot and as far as I can tell you don't need to know them.
