I'm glad you mentioned this because my Sim couldn't get married in my church lot. I was baffled when the arch didn't work. Had to take them in CAS and marry them. I did get a picture in the church, but no ceremony.
I like your idea of making a phone call and going off to get married. Kind of like when you go off to have a science baby.
That is a great idea. I forgot all about going straight to CAS and just manually making them married. Thanks
The thing is, they'll be referred to as newlyweds in a popup, too. I found it odd, too, because they had three teens and two children by then. I created the family in CAS and D'oh, forgot to create the relationship of the parents. Whoopsie!
