Incidentally, why isn't there a simple option on the phone where you can call and arrange to have a civil union "wedding" and then your sim goes off to a rabbit hole and gets married and then returns. I think doing it via the phone is best because not every neighborhood has a "city hall:" or government building to use as a rabbit hole like in Sims 3.
