How common are twins?
So I know it might just be chance but I have only had three sims give birth in game and the first was twins. Wondering how common it is to get twins.

In my game there were plenty of twins, also some trips. Never did anything for it to happen, actually would have preferred just 1 baby in some cases... so, I'm often relieved when there is just 1 birth ;)
