How do I clear my game data?

I've been having a problem with Sims 4, that I can't play previous games, cause I guess they weren't recent. My problem is described here to the best of my ability, in a discussion called Multiple New games load problem. I can't link the discussion here because of the rules of the forum, sorry, but that mentioned discussion is still posted on this site. I wanna return to sims 4, I really do. But I can't play with the couple I originally created, cause I and caused many other families, so I couldn't play my first couple :( It gotten buried, and the load menu I guess only shows the most recent family played. It don't know what happened. I went through my sims household gallery & deleted households that were cluttering my game & also, I tried to "copy" the first couple I made to play them again, but it didn't feel right to do that. I haven't played sims 4 in a very long time. I only have the Fazbear family I created left. But I don't wanna play as them. And the menu is still cluttered with auto saved games & my folder that holds all my sims 4 games is so fat with games. I don't know what to do. I wanna clear all of it and start over. Sure, I'll lose all progress I had with my Fazbear family, but I don't care. So can anyone please tell me how I can delete all sims 4 games so I can start sims 4 new again? Please I'm asking for help because I don't wanna break my game or do something stupid that makes it unplayable. I got Sims 4 from Origin. So how do I delete to start my whole game over? I'm scared if I throw my sims 4 save files in the recycling bin that would break the game or corrupt it. Can anyone help me?

And I don't know anything about computers, so if it's a long process I would need to be directed through it step by step. Please be kind and help if possible. If no one can help, I understand, & I could ask for help from people in my life, but I don't wanna bother them right now if it's possible someone can help me from this site.

  • Go to your computer folders. Documents folder to Electronic Arts folder. In the Electronic Arts folder you will find the sims 4 folder. Drag the sims 4 folder to desktop, start the game and it will generate a new clean sims 4 folder and you can start over

You can keep the old sims 4 folder just in case or delete it if you don't want to keep it.

No reinstalling needed. Once you generate a new sims 4 file it's as if you installed the game from scratch

Hello @MoonBaby :) Welcome to the forums!
There is usually a blue new discussion button at the top right hand side of the screen in the forum sections. But new discussion threads have been restricted for new members. You are unable to start a new thread until you become a full member. This has been brought in as a result of spambots.
You need to have 25 points and 15 posts before you can become a full member and can then post pictures, have a signature, start new threads, edit posts , post links that show up correctly and change your profile picture. These thread explains about it.

I read that your queries are about the console version. It would be best to post about your issue on a thread that another simmer has started in the console section of the forums
    http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/categories/console-discussion
Or in the console section of the AHQ EA site
