Go to your computer folders. Documents folder to Electronic Arts folder. In the Electronic Arts folder you will find the sims 4 folder. Drag the sims 4 folder to desktop, start the game and it will generate a new clean sims 4 folder and you can start over
You can keep the old sims 4 folder just in case or delete it if you don't want to keep it.
