There are two download icons in the Gallery. One allows you to download directly to a lot without saving to your library. The other saves to your library, and you use it from there. If you’re saving to your library, it should show up in your My Library tab. If it’s not, something is wrong. If the names aren’t automatically changing, you can manually change them by going into the cheat console and typing cas.fulleditmode. This opens up all of the locked CAS areas. Take the household into CAS and change the surnames to whatever you want.
