How do I download from the Gallery into my game?

I click the "Add to my downloads" file icon beneath the image of the lot I want to download...But then it never shows up in "My Library" in game? Could someone please explain what I need to do in ord...

@GalacticGal how do I access the Gallery from within the game? I'm in my game now, but for the life of me I cant figure out how to access the Gallery? Please advise, thank you!
