How do I edit this part of the body?
I am creating a Sim and then when finishing some details I rotated her and notice this Adam's apple looking thing that cannot be edited. https://i.imgur.com/AyJKHGn.png

Try selecting a new shape for the jaw or chin. (I can't remember which of the two affects this but one of em should)
