I have gone back in and deleted the command, nothing.
Typed -sound, nothing.
Typed +sound, nothing.
Restarted my computer, nothing. I searched the forums but can not find this answer. Please help.

Have you tried -sound on? I honestly don't know, it's probably just some specific combination of words you need to get the right command :)
