How do I install a sim?

Might sound like a stupid question but I have no idea how to install a sim I downloaded because they won't appear anywhere in my game.
The sim that I wanted was Jasmin Blue from Ms Blue. These are the files that were downloaded:

    I placed the TRAYitem file in the tray, and I see it in the gallery, but then when I click on it it says it can't be found.
