How do i know if my sim is pregnant?

so my sim got pregnant but did not get pregnant from doing the try for baby interaction it was by constant woohoo and i thought my sims was getting fat so then i made the slimmly serum it said couldnt as my sim was pregnant. i can't do the pregnancy test cause its been a few days is there a way we can still check for pregnancy after like 2-3 days of being pregnant?

This is like going to hospital for a belly ache and finding you were pregnant the whole time
