How do I put out the fire?
Fire on the lot. Mom autonomously gets toddler to safety. That's fine. BUT! I can't tell any of the sims to put out the fire and I can't call emergency services...so fire is just blazing now

I usually have to cancel all the actions, then get the Sim to extinguish themselves before they can extinguish the fire.
In the Sims 3 they would do that themselves if there was a shower nearby
