You can't change the makeup for showering as it's all based on everyday wear face makeup without some mod to alter this. I haven't heard of one but there is a CAS mod to change career outfits/hair/makeup without using the editfullmode cheat I just linked.

@Anisim: by "bathing" do you mean swimming?If so, just choose the swimwear category in CAS so they're wearing that outfit then on the makeup button click the red x to clear it. For job outfit, if you're referring to what they wear to work I think you need a mod like MCCC that allows you to alter career outfits.

A part of the MC Command Centre Mod allows you to blacklist it for whatever categories you want, including bathing :)

With MCC you can copy makeup from one outfit to another easily. Without mods I have no idea.
