How do I stop Situation Outfits!! [SOLVED]

So my issue is, there are townies in my game walking around in cc dresses. I already went into S4S and made sure they're only for feminine and restrict opposite genders, but Istill see it happening. In particular whenever I hire a maid, if its a guy he will show up in a random cc dress that I flagged as restrict opposite genders and such.
This also happens with "fans" who leave stuff in my mailbox and the mailman. Ugh Im annoyed
I use MCC mod to flag stuff but then they show up in something else.
I dont understand why they dont show up in uniform anymore either. I removed all mods that adjusted uniforms

    You need to run the batch fix in Sims 4 Studio to fix this. Content Management>Batch Fixes>CAS>Disallow CC for Random

    Should I remove my eyelash mods before? I think last time it broke those. Also wilit make it so when townies are generated they wotn wear CC as regular outfits?

    Frustrating thing with some cc creators is that they dont tag their clothing properly and it's always for random and situation like WHY?

    Also I would take the lashes out first before running the batch fix if not just redownload them if they so break.

    As midnitetech mentioned, sims that are newly generated shouldn't use cc as their outfits anymore when you run the s4s batch fix. :)

    There may also be an offending piece of cc causing the males to dress crude in female clothing. Use to happen when one would shower.

    So I did the disallow CC for random and Iam still getting new townies in random womens clothes
    Its always the men not the women. Iwent through all my CC and madesure all the appropriate tags were checked. NPC are not wearing their uniforms

    Its most likely a cc or mod (if you have one). You'll most likely have to do the 50/50 method taking some of your cc out and booting up your game to try and narrow down what's doing that.

    I had a pair of headphone CC that made it impossible to give gifts at all to sims. Dont know why but had to get rid of it.

    FOUND THE ISSUE

    So I had the Fogity Unlock CAS Part mod. Once I removed that, the NPC are wearing normal uniforms again
