How do I uninstall a pack?

Is there a way to uninstall one pack without uninstalling the whole game? I googled it, but haven't found an answer that works. I have Origin and I'm on a Mac.

    I have Vampires and Cats & Dogs disabled using the James Turner web page. It works like a charm!
