How Do I Widen Windows?

I was watching a video on YouTube of a house someone had built and one thing I noticed is one of the small windows that usually only takes up 1 tile was extended across about 5 tiles. It was just lengthened and not made larger. How do you do this?

    They were probably using custom content, a mod, or just used a larger window with a similar look. You can't change the shape of existing Windows in the game.
