How do you adopt a stray?
My relationship with the stray is 100. I took it home hoping the option to adopt would pop up but nothing. Anyone know?

As far as I understand things, which therefore can be wrong, there's a period during which strays remain stray. After that, they're merged with a randomly generated sim as part of their household.
