How do you determine the root cause of another sims feelings during conversations?

most of the time i just invent reason myself but more often than not it makes sense after observing for a bit

i find uncomfortable is usually weather exercise( when at gym) or the sim is loner so the socialization itself is making them tense or then one of their needs is low
