How do you get furniture back after selecting 'unfurnished' house?

I went to move my sim into the 920 Medina Studio apartment in San Myshuno but I accidentally selected 'unfurnished' and the design of the apartment got wiped out. It is such a beautiful apartment. Is ...

You might find a copy on the gallery with some walls removed. You have to upload it that way or else you can upload each room of the apartment from an earlier save or another game.
