I keep a notebook next to me and write or jot stuff down as I'm going along. As for my pictures, I will create a folder with whichever Sims I'm playing with along with the name of the neighborhood and then rename the screenshots from what they are and numbered them as 1, 2, 3, etc. I also make subfolders in the main folder and title them with Day 1, Week 1 or Pt.1 depending on how many pictures that I have taken for 1 Sim day/week.
