How do you make super realistic sims??

Does anyone have tips on how to do this? I see these pictures on the internet of these amazing-looking sims that are super realistic. Obviously, they use a lot of cc, but I use eyebags, eyelashes, and nose masks, and none of my sims come even remotely close to looking like some of the sims I see. Let me know if you know any secrets to get realistic faces. Thanks!

    It's a mixture of good CC (There are amazing creators that do photo-realistic hairstyles, eyes and skintones) and probably reshader as you can tweak a lot of visual details, change tones, sharpen edges, and get rid of that weird haziness that the sims 4 has.

    there are also people who literally take real pictures of people and use them to create skin textures - which is absolutely horrible for anything other than taking screenshots.
