How do you move out of a house without deleting furniture?
So the only options are to "take furniture with you" or to "sell it". Either way it gets deleted. I don't wanna always leave someone behind so that the house stays the way it is.

Note that the default is to Keep Furniture, which packs it all to the moving families inventory (don’t forget they have a family inventory for furniture, not just personal inventories).
So, if you click sell furniture, but you have put some of it in household inventory, it doesn’t sell the part you put in household inventory does it?
