How do you move out of a house without deleting furniture?
So the only options are to "take furniture with you" or to "sell it". Either way it gets deleted. I don't wanna always leave someone behind so that the house stays the way it is.

When you move a household out of a home, you have to choose sell furniture. If you don't the house you vacated will be empty and your current household will have all of the furnishings from the last house in their inventory.
