How do you play a save long term without corruption?

I tried to do a search and couldn't find a topic on this so I hope I am not breaking the rules posting this. Anyhow, I very rarely have a save that I play long term as I get bored easily. Lately thoug...

What you might do is save your Sims to the Library, then use copies to start a new save. You will lose some progression (career, relationships, etc.) but ought to have your genetics, in an uncorrupted start.


That is what I had to do. Thankfully I did save them to the library before corruption hit. Thank you so much for your reply and helpfulness.
