This! This is where my adult sims tend to have a midlife crisis, cheating on spouses, quitting their jobs and opening a restaurant/bakery/veterinary practice etc.... Teen sims may strive for excellence or be super rebellious. Divorce, disownment, hermitage, and sometimes worse abound.
