I have a lot of rich sims, and for them I tend to focus on whatever story I want them to have, which usually relates to their aspirations. For example, one of my favorite families is a super rich family of 8 in Windenberg. Their story is that the parents spent so much time working and becoming wealthy that they neglected their kids and social lives. Thus the mother's goal in life is to make tons of friends (which has her going to parties, clubs, etc), while the dad wants to become a better parent to their 6 children so he focuses on improving their values positively.
