How do you preform a toast at a party?

I would like to know this too - have tried clicking on the drink, my sim, another sim, the bar, the fridge.... can't find any 'toast' option!

I had the option "make toast" come up when my sims were out dating, it only showed when she had the drink in her hand...

My sims can do it if they have a drink and another sim also has a drink.

It seems both the toastee and the toaster need to be holding drinks...

Both toaster and toastee need to be holding drinks. As the toaster, click on the toastee and go on the friendly option. I found the "make toast" option in there :)

very tricky to ensure you get 2 sims holding a drink at the same time. If you can do that then put the game on pause and find the 'make toast' action under friendly interactions

I was able to do it with just the "toaster" having a drink. Got him a glass of juice, clicked on the birthday Sim, and the option to "make a toast" came up. Birthday Sim was eating cake at the time, no drink.

In my experience, the two Sims have to have at least a friendly relationship. If they are Acquaintances or Impartial, you don't get the option to make a toast.

If you have a drink in your hand. And the birthday sim has one in theirs, then you click on them (maybe have to go to more "friendly" options and it says "make toast".

Have a Sim get a drink then have the sim that is holding the drink click on another sim and it should be a option that says make a toast.
