How do you put your fingers on keyboard when playing The Sims?

Left hand on 123- index finger being on 3 obviously. Thumb on spacebar. Pinky high up in the air for some reason :lol:

Right one travels between trackpad, arrow keys and P. I use mouse only for building and drag&drop with dishes/inventory items.

My left hand stays near the keyboard to hit: P,G, <,>, tab and shift. My right hand stays on the mouse

Left hand on WASD and right hand on mouse

Mouse. I use the ll on the speed bar and drink coffee with my left hand. It stops the strain. ie: RSI.: :)

I play with an optical mouse with the ability to zoom in and out with a wheel. I only use the keyboard to type when requested.

I adjust camera angles with the camera controls on the upper right. I do a lot of camera adjustments while I play but all from the mouse.

I hover my left index finger over the ~ pause button, and my right hand on the mouse with the right index finger poised over the roll wheel. Unconventional, I suppose, but that's just me. ;)

I do that too!

Left hand fingers on the WASD keys, Right hand on the mouse.

Right hand usually mouse*, left hand is just near the keyboard but sometimes I use both hands on P and C, needing to take one off P soon enough back for the mouse. I always forget about any other potential pause keys.

*I'm a lefty but I was given all standard equipment as a kid (not in a mean way, totally innocent), except scissors. I got used to most of them just fine and continue to use most standard things (which of course includes scissors now too, boooo). By the time I knew I could switch the mouse buttons, I was way too used to mice the default way. I love using a mouse, in fact.

One on the mouse, the other on my cup of tea. I rarely use the keyboard... should I be? I didn't know we could play with it other than typing in cheats lol
