i'm having the same issue, I an currently reinstalling sims 4 but some of the expansion packs didn't finish installing, and there is no "i" next to the play button, and the download bar in origin is missing. i have rebooted the computer and nothing seems to restart the download process. any suggestions??

The interface of Origin has been updated since this thread was started, and now looks different.
Log into Origin, click on the Games Library section, then click on the sims 4 picture. A new screen will open.Then click on the expansion, game and stuff packs buttons that are half way down the page. They will shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own and if they are installed or need to be downloaded. You can then download/install them there,
